3. Products

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images and prices are accurate. Minor variations in appearance or packaging may occur.

CHEWZ™ is intended for use alongside clear aligner treatment and should be used in accordance with the instructions provided or as advised by your dentist or orthodontist.

4. Pricing

All prices are shown in Pounds Sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable.

UK standard delivery is included in the advertised retail price unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to amend prices at any time before an order is placed.

5. Orders

Once an order has been placed, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your order. This does not constitute acceptance of the order.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where necessary, including in cases of pricing errors or suspected fraudulent activity.

6. Delivery

Orders are normally dispatched within 1–2 working days.

Delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.

Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.

7. Returns and Refunds

Due to the hygienic nature of the product, returns are accepted only where:

  • the product remains unopened and in its original sealed packaging; or
  • the item is faulty, damaged or supplied incorrectly.

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photographs where appropriate.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability shall be limited to the purchase price of the product, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the product.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content, logos, product names, photographs, graphics and text are the property of ALINERS LTD unless otherwise stated and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
